Award Winning Wings
Deep fry medium sized chicken wings for 8-10 minutes in hot vegetable oil. Drain well.
Coat wings generously with any of Havin’ An Affair's three Gourmet Barbecue Sauces and grill over mesquite charcoal or gas grill for 3-4 minutes, turning once after 2 minutes.
Re-coat wings in Havin’ An Affair Gourmet Barbecue Sauce and serve.
Award Winning Ribs
Our preference is Baby Back Pork Ribs, but our sauce is great on any type of ribs.
To prepare pork ribs, place rib racks on a gas grill at low heat for 12-15 minutes on each side, or until cooked through depending on size. Baste each side of rib racks generously with any of Havin’ An Affair's three Gourmet Barbecue Sauces at least twice, while continuing to grill for 3-4 minutes per side. This will ensure the flavor is fully developed and the meat falls from the bone!
